CHANGING LAYERS:

Option 1: Click on top buttons to choose base map layer

Option 2: Click each of the county centroid tax layers to turn on layer

ZOOMING INSTRUCTIONS:

Option 1: Click ZOOM TOOLBAR on left side of map +/-

Option 2: Click Zoom button on left and drag and hold a box on the area to zoom in.

PANNING INSTRUCTIONS:

Option 1: Click and hold map to DRAG

Option 2: Click ARROW ICONS on upper-left portion of map
