Safe Kids Adirondack Fittin' Ur Noggin (FUN) Ride:

*05/09/11*:  Safe Kids Adirondack is now accepting applications for riders that wish to participate in the FUN Ride, but can only commit to part of the circuit.  Please contact Bob Light (info below) to volunteer.

On Friday, June 10, community volunteers will be at five schools in Essex County (Elizabethtown, Westport, Moriah, Crown Point & Ticonderoga), fitting free helmets to children and providing bicycle safety education. A team of cyclists will be riding the mountainous Adirondack terrain stopping at each school to talk about safety and the importance of staying active.

Consider riding in this event!

The cost to ride is $100 and includes your lunch, drinks and food for the trip, a jersey, and will help us purchase helmets for the kids.
