Tuesday Ride(see below notice for May 24 and June 7!) Tuesday Night Training Rides – starting from the Village Green in Jay, NY (intersection NYS Routes 86 and 9N – Roll out at 6 PM sharp: be there in time to get ready before that. Approximately 40 miles, moderate to hilly terrain, a beautiful ride taking in the Ausable River Valley from Jay to Upper Jay, Wilmington, Black Brook, Ausable Forks, Clintonville, and back to Jay. This is a race training ride, but we encourage new racers or those interested in training up to racing to attend. We will regroup at least twice early in the ride; once in Wilmington and again in Black Brook. We will not drop anyone who doesn’t know the way, and then only with consent. All must sign a club waiver form and wear a helmet. Bring ample sports drink and nutrition and adequate clothing for rain or chill, plus tools, tubes, and know-how to fix a flat, etc. A tail light is mandatory in early and late season; a good idea anytime. Headlight not a bad idea either. Questions: call or email Jim Walker at 518-637-6590 or jameslwalker3@yahoo.com
